Eli Fishman is a sports broadcaster, communicator, and content creator, currently serving as the Broadcasting and Media Relations Coordinator for the Toronto Blue Jays’ Class-A affiliate, the Dunedin Blue Jays.

In his role, Eli is the play-by-play voice for all 132 games of the Florida State League season, while also heading the team’s media relations efforts and social media presence. During MLB Spring Training in Dunedin, he assists the Toronto Blue Jays’ Major League Communications staff with daily operations, including press box setup, credential distribution, and media information management.

He also provided play-by-play for the 2025 Arizona Fall League on MLB.com, showcasing top prospects from across baseball on the national stage.

Before joining Dunedin, Eli spent three seasons with the New York Yankees’ Double-A affiliate, the Somerset Patriots, starting as a Media Relations Intern and later serving as Broadcasting and Media Relations Assistant.

Eli has called games for dozens of colleges, universities, and networks across multiple sports. His experience includes calling Cornell University field hockey, volleyball, and sprint football on ESPN+, serving as the voice of Alfred University football, and calling the 2024 Division III Junior College World Series on the NJCAA Network. He has also broadcast numerous New York high school championships on the NFHS Network.

An Ithaca College graduate, Eli served as the television voice of Ithaca football and men’s basketball on Ithaca College Television (ICTV) and called field hockey, volleyball, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, and softball on 91.7 WICB.

Eli’s passion for sportscasting began at a young age. At just 11 years old, he launched a YouTube channel that grew to over 8,600 subscribers and two million views, featuring highlights, commentary, and more than 500 interviews with athletes and sports figures including Tim Tebow, Reggie Jackson, Bo Bichette, Goose Gossage, Pete Alonso, and CC Sabathia.

Before turning 18, Eli had already built a reputation as a trusted source on MLB prospects, contributing to the YES Network and Pinstriped Prospects. His reports and original content have been featured by ESPN, MLB Network, Bleacher Report, CBS Sports, Sports Illustrated, The New York Post, Barstool Sports, and others.

Eli landed his first play-by-play opportunity at just 14 years old, and from 2018 through 2021 served as the play-by-play broadcaster for the Jersey Pilots of the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League, calling 20 home games each season. In 2021, at age 17, he was selected to call the ACBL All-Star Game at FirstEnergy Park in Lakewood, New Jersey.
