About Me
Thanks for coming to my site! My name is Eli Fishman, and I am a 17-year-old budding sports reporter.
I currently write freelance, covering Minor League Baseball in New Jersey for Jersey Sporting News and Prospects 1500. Additionally, I am the sports editor for my high school paper, The Columbian. I have previously contributed to websites such as Double G Sports, Last Word On Baseball, In The Zone, Patch, and TAPinto.
My videos and reports have been featured on ESPN, MLB Network, Bleacher Report, CBS Sports, Sports Illustrated, The New York Post, and more.
I currently serve as the radio voice of the Jersey Pilots, a college level summer baseball team playing in the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League.
I have also spent the past six years running my YouTube channel, Eli Fishman, which has racked up over 8,400 subscribers and has received over two million views. On the channel I interview professional baseball players and coaches as well as compile highlights from professional baseball games I attend. I have done over 500 interviews, received press credentials for more than 25 teams, and I've interviewed 20 MLB All-Stars. Some of my favorite interviews include Tim Tebow, Reggie Jackson, Bo Bichete, Goose Gossage, Pete Alonso, Jeff McNeil, Clint Frazier, and Wilson Ramos.
